Recruiting Process
The recruiting process at Triumph Services is the backbone of our company. Our process is designed to identify, locate and evaluate top IT professionals in a timely manner.
- Quality over Quantity-We will not inundate you with resume after resume. Our goal is to only send you our top two candidates for each position
- Sourcing-Triumph Services understands that the majority of the top candidates are passive and do not have their resumes posted on job boards. We utilize our extensive network, referrals and direct sourcing from companies that we do not currently work with to identify the best of the best for your position.
- Face to Face Interview-We interview all of our candiates in person before they are submitted.
- Technical Screening-Triumph Services utilizes our top consultants as well as technical testing to ensure the candidate meets the technical requirements
- Salary Confirmation-On Contract to Hire roles, the salary will be negotiated with the consultant prior to them starting. This ensures that there are no surprises when it is time for the consultant to convert full time with you organization
- Reference Checks-We require a minimum of two managerial references to be checked before the candidate is submitted to the hiring manager
- Background, Credit, Criminal, Drug and Educational checks are available upon request
- 90 Day guarantee on all Direct Hire placements
